| Description | One Shot Matic, 2012 year with ONLY ~6000 hours run time, (1500mm (59") maximum web width, 1300 fpm (396 mpm). Capable of laminating three substrates coming from three separate turret unwinds, while coating two of the film webs with solventless adhesive and re-winding the laminate material on the turret rewind. Includes various width adhesive application rolls and parts. Last used to laminate expanded foam sheet to BOPP film.
Equipped with #1 40" maximum diameter shafted turret unwind with automatic splicer (5 - 88 PLI tension), edge guide, corona treater, #1 solventless 5-roll coating head with World mixer, #2 40" maximum diameter shafted turret unwind with automatic splicer, edge guide, corona treater, #1 laminator, #2 solventless 5-roll coating head with World mixer, #3 40" maximum diameter shafted turret unwind with automatic splicing, edge guide, corona treater, #2 laminator, 40" maximum diameter shafted turret rewind with automatic roll change (11 - 121 lb tension), Siemens AC motors and drive system, Siemens S7 PLC, HMI, all software on backup, all documentation and drawings, some spare parts. 480/3/60 power. 310 amp load with 400 amp switch. NOTES: It has been determined that Unwind B was modified to handle 70" diameter rolls in current operation by removing two steel cross ties and several components from the splicing mechanism. Two cross ties and several components from the winder have also been removed. Some of these components are in storage with the coater laminator.
The line has been professionally dismantled, match-marked, and relocated to our warehouse. The team used for the demo is available for reinstallation at terms to be negotiated separately. |
