Description	offset gravure lab coater capable of coating down to as low as 1/10th of a micron (depending on the viscosity of the coatings, gravure patterns and the type of substrate), and equipped with 3" diameter polished chrome top roll that is air pressure regulated for varying the amount of downward pressure on the center roll, 6" diameter rubber-covered center roll that is air pressure regulated for varying the amount of downward pressure on the bottom roll and dial indicators for adjusting the vertical position, center roll is driven by a variable speed motor and controller with digital rpm tachometer, 6" diameter bottom gravure roll, bottom roll is driven by a variable speed motor and controller with digital rpm tachometer, shallow stainless steel coating pan, control panel with E-Stop, three (3) spare gravure rolls.
